Any Jerry Maguire fans in the audience? That sentence, back in the day...melt.
When I finished this painting, that's what i thought of. How avocados are kind of a love story. Yeah it's weird, just get weird with me.

Anyway, back to the actual art hahaha.
This little avocado is pure joy on canvas.

Two halves, perfectly imperfect, resting together against a bold pink background that positively screams "look over here!" The brushstrokes are thick, playful, and full of texture. You can see every swipe of paint, every highlight on the glossy green flesh, the fact that this moment is so very short lived because avocados are the true fruit of "live in the moment." I swear they go from great to goo maliciously.

This is my tiny love story in fruit form.
