Life isn’t something that grows in straight lines.
It builds in layers - through experience, through instinct, through moments we don’t always understand while we’re living them. Through struggle.
This painting is a reflection of that non-linear growth.
The pinecone begins in shapes of perfection. But when it’s time to let it all go, it looks a lot more wild.
This is the nature of intuition.
The pinecone is a lot like people.
Spiritually, this work speaks to how we evolve. How we are shaped; often in chaos and wind and turbulence. How we have to learn to let it all go. How a piece of us is lost, but we are still part of EVERYTHING.
We are not meant to remain smooth or unchanged. What may look fragmented, or even totally decimated from the outside is often deeply purposeful from within.
