Sleep Little One - Original Art

This painting reminded me of a lovely children's book I used to read to my daughters where all the animals are going into hibernation. I love the idea of a peaceful world for bears, and love to watch them be able to roam around the natural world unhindered.

While some people are lovers of grizzles, but loathe black bears, I love them ALL equally. A bear is a bear - and they are all fabulous and all worthy of our reverence and respect.
